We have started our journey in the year 2013 in Paikpara, Kolkata with some of my well-wishers and friends with a small entity. Within three years this institution has marked itself as a pioneer in the field of training and education in competitive examinations for obtaining jobs in government sectors. During this period most of our students have become able to clear all hurdles of obtaining jobs. This achievement inspires us to establish a full fledged employment training institute for the future generations to meet the challenges of obtaining government jobs with well equipped infrastructure.
This institution was set up with an aim of providing a super quality based employment based training and education in order to inculcate a quality culture at all levels of activities. This institution is committed to imparting, sustaining and steering all round holistic and quality education to the students so that they gather huge knowledge to cope up with the present need of success in competitive examinations to avail a government job.
This institution focuses on improving the quality of teaching and learning, for which a number of steps have taken towards this like a power point presentation,ICT based teaching and learning etc. We believe that ‘knowledge imparts humility’. We also believe the words of Swami Vivekananda ‘Education is the manifestation of perfection already in men’. Our aim and mission will be successful when we shall be able to raise the power of perfection of our beloved students.

Taking inspiration from the maxim of our vision, the mission of our institution is to provide a thorough ethical and aesthetic foundation to the character of our students, nurturing their own skill and talent and ensuring their knowledge in multidimensional subjects so as to cross the hurdles of competitive examinations easily. Going beyond formal pedagogy, our institution aims to develop general tips, intelligence and guidance to the students in which they can answer all problems easily with bold confidence and to enable them to realize their full potential.
To achieve this mission this institution coordinates the activities of teachers and students to ensure smooth functioning and all round development of academic activities so as to students be able to reach in their optimum goal achieving their employment to maintain their livelihood and to refresh their mind with a joy of conquering in life.
